1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and purchase GDAgent online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Exception for digital content: The right of withdrawal expires early if you expressly agree that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU; implemented in national law).
If the right of withdrawal applies, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day of contract conclusion.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Independent of your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
A refund under this voluntary guarantee is available if:
- The Software does not work as described, and
- We cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Exclusions
Refunds may be denied if:
- The license has been used in violation of the Terms.
- The request is fraudulent or abusive.
4. Refund Process

- We may attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
- If unresolved and eligible, we will approve the refund through Lemon Squeezy.
5. What to Include in Your Request
- Your order ID (from the Lemon Squeezy receipt)
- The email address used for purchase
- A short description of the issue
We typically respond within 48 hours.
6. License Deactivation
Approved refunds result in license deactivation via the Lemon Squeezy license system.
7. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
8. Statutory Rights Unaffected
This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
